I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I have a PhD in Social Work (Texas License #53341). I enjoy working together with people to help build a more resilient life for themselves and important people in their life. In addition to providing counseling treatments, I have a unique expertise in helping those with disabilities obtain fair access to housing, education, and work opportunities. I enjoy advocating for those with mental health disabilities. In doing so, I use self-directed goals and strengths based approaches to fit the needs of each person, connecting past mental health needs and  treatment with current treatment. Although counseling is helpful when going through a difficult situation, counseling can also be a time to explore opportunities for living a more fulfilling, goal directed, and peaceful life.
